Compliments Cards:

AMP3 are pleased to be able to accept Compliments Vouchers. To place an order using Compliments Vouchers, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1:
Add products to your shopping basket as normal. Once you have selected all of the products you would like to order, proceed to the Checkout.

Step 2:
On the Payment Methods section at Checkout, select "Compliments Vouchers" as your payment method and proceed through the remainder of the Checkout process.

Step 3:
Once you have received your order confirmation email, follow the instructions below to post your Compliments Vouchers to us. Your order can only be dispatched once we have received your vouchers. Please therefore allow up to 5 working days once you have posted your vouchers for your order to be dispatched.

In order for us to dispatch your order, please send us Compliments Vouchers to the value of your order to the address below. Include a print out of your order confirmation email along with written confirmation of your name, address, telephone number and email address.

Please note:

If you do not have enough Compliments Vouchers to pay for your order in full, please make sure to include a contact telephone number and we will call you once your vouchers have been received to take the payment balance via Credit/Debit card.

Partial refunds of Compliments Vouchers are not possible. For example, if your order value is £38 and you send us £40 in vouchers, we are unable to refund the £2 difference.
    
We advise sending Compliments Vouchers via Special Delivery to insure safe arrival, as neither AMP3 nor Edenred cannot be held responsible for vouchers that are lost or damaged in the post.
 

Please note: If you return an item under our 14 day unwanted item period or for any other reason we are unable to refund Capital Bonds. You will therefore be issued with a credit note to spend on the Advanced MP3 Players Website in this instance.
