Clearance Products

Our Clearance section primarily comprises of open-box items. These items are either ex-sample units, products returned by customers as unwanted (returned within our 14-day unwanted period), or products refurbished by the original manufacturer. No products sold in our clearance section are still factory sealed unless specifically stated.

All items in our clearance section are checked and tested by our team and come with the same warranty terms as our box-fresh stock unless specifically stated.

We try our best to indicate the condition of the product you are purchasing. The majority of items are simply listed as "box opened", meaning the product within is still in near-perfect condition. We will specify if packaging is damaged, if accessories are missing, if the product has any cosmetic damage or if there is a shortened warranty period.
