The HIFIMAN Shangri-La Sr Electrostatic Over-Ear Headphones
The HIFIMAN Shangri-La Sr Electrostatic Over-Ear Headphones are open-back headphones designed to deliver detailed reproduction of dynamics and frequencies. When driven by the Shangri-La Sr headphone amplifier the headphones yield a 7 Hz to 120 kHz frequency response via low-distortion Nanotech drivers. Acoustically transparent mesh grating and nanometer-thick dust covers protect the diaphragms without compromising sonic integrity.

The combination of lightweight aluminium alloy construction, padded earcups, and a hybrid headband design ensures comfortable wearing even for extended periods of time. The 6.6′ attached cable is terminated with a 5-pin headphone connector, which allows direct hookup to a compatible electrostatic headphone amplifier.
Shangri-La’s Nanotech driver couples near zero distortion with a lightning-fast response. Its nano-particle-coated diaphragm provides an extremely high-frequency response.

HiFi Man Shangri La Sr Electrostatic Headphone amplifier is designed to drive and complement the matching headphones of the same name.
Incorporating four of HiFiMan's custom-designed and built 300B Tubes as the warm pulse of the Shangri-La. The 300B tubes function as the direct driving force with no capacitors or transformers between the tubes and your headphones.

The enclosure is constructed of an aviation-grade aluminium alloy and topped with a contrasting tempered glass panel—is adorned with four 6SN7 vacuum tubes and four custom-made 300B tubes, which deliver warmth in tonality and consistent output power for the matched headphones.

Entire Musical Spectrum
The distinguishable design of the Shangri-La's relay-based attenuator has a volume control consisting of 24 step level and featuring a total of 23 discrete resistors. Each volume stage is unique and independent. The result is a pure and heavenly audio reproduction of your music.

Connections
A switch on the rear panel enables effortless selection of either stereo input balanced XLR 3-pin or unbalanced RCA coaxial. The chosen input is served through the internal circuitry and externally mounted tubes to the dual 5-pin female headphone outputs, permitting the simultaneous linking of two pairs of Shangri-La Sr headphones.
