Track your order
You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the Track Your Order button at the bottom of this page or you can log into your account and select the order you wish to track. Orders go through a number of statuses which are:
Pending – This is the first status that an order adopts when you have selected the items you wish to order but you have not provided payment for the order.
Processing / Payment Processing – This is the status that your order will move to once payment has been received and your order is in the queue to be processed by our team. Orders are processed at 9am and 2pm.
Picking – This is the status your order will move to when it is sent down to our warehouse to be shipped. At this stage your order will be packed up by our shipping team so it arrives with you in perfect condition.
Shipped – Your item has been dispatched with the appropriate delivery company and is on it’s way to you.
Awaiting Stock – If the item you have ordered is out of stock your order will be moved to this status. In some instances we may part ship the items that are in stock within your order. In this instance we will email you to let you know which parts have been shipped and which parts we are awaiting stock of.
SECGuard Deferred – Your order will be moved to this status if the information we receive from your payment method fails to match the details that you supplied us. You will receive an email informing you of the information required to move your order forward.
