The Shanling M3X Hi-Res Audio Player is an Android Hi-Res portable player, built on the same platform as their previous three Android models. But this time they are aiming at the more affordable part of the market.
M3X is the first Hi-Res player to use the new ESS Sabre ES9219C DAC/AMP, a new generation of a very popular chip. Using two of these chips, to offer a balanced 4.4mm output for better sound and more power. And also includes full 16x MQA unfolding, for all fans of the Hi-Res music streaming. The M3X will stand out with its class-leading battery life, offering up to 23 hours of playback on a single charge.
Dual ES9219C - Efficient and great-sounding
The Shanling M3X is the first portable audio player to utilize a brand new generation of an extremely efficient Sabre DAC/AMP from ESS, allowing Shanling to provide you with the traditional Shanling’s Hi-Fi sound while assuring an even better battery life and adding a hardware support of MQA.
AVX Tantalum Capacitors
The audio circuit of the M3X makes use of large-capacity tantalum capacitors which enhance the quality of low-frequency signals, equating to better bass performance.
Dual DS Crystal Oscillators, Paired with Shanling's FPGA Coding Technology
The Shanling M3X makes use of a pair of Japanese KDS active crystal oscillators, which work together with Shanling’s FPGA coding tech to allow for enhanced performance when decoding either PCM or DSD data, up to 32bit/384kHz and DSD256.
